Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 15(g) of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal for services related to:
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Car rental
- Food & beverage supply
- Entertainment or leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period.
Therefore, users cannot terminate the agreement or request refunds for purchased flight tickets without valid justification.
Cancellation & refund procedure
Where applicable, cancellation and refund are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the rules of the relevant airline or bus company.
