Bus Ticket Cancellation & Refund Conditions
According to Turkish Road Transportation Regulations:
- If cancellation is requested more than 24 hours before departure, the full ticket amount must be refunded.
- If cancellation is requested between 24 and 12 hours before departure, the company may issue an open ticket valid for 6 months instead of a refund.
- No cancellation, refund, or modification is possible within 12 hours before departure.
Flight Ticket Cancellation & Refund Conditions
- Cancellation, refund, and modification procedures are subject to the airline's rules and fare conditions.
- Refunds approved by the airline will be transferred to the user's credit card after collection from the airline.
Service Fee Refund Policy
The “Agency Service Fee” charged during ticket purchase is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
